CA v. SIMPSON: WEEK 6

A highly contested witness, Rosa Lopez, takes the stand. She’s O.J. Simpson’s next-door neighbor’s housekeeper and a significant witness for the defense. She claims she saw Simpson’s white Ford Bronco in front of his house around the time prosecutors claim the murders took place, two miles away. The prosecution fights to prohibit her testimony in court, saying the defense never provided them with her statements. She ends up making it to the stand, but never in front of the jury.
