YouTube 'Momfluencer' Known for Parenting Charged with Abusing Children

Utah mom Ruby Franke, known for her YouTube channel "8 Passengers," was arrested Wednesday on two counts of aggravated child abuse. One of Franke's sons allegedly escaped through a window and sought help at a neighbor's home. (9/1/23)
