BEL AIR, Md. (Court TV/Scripps News Baltimore) — Authorities are still searching for suspects more than a week after a Maryland mother of five was killed on a hiking trail.
Rachel Morin, 37, was reported missing Aug. 5 when she didn’t return from a walk on the Ma & Pa Heritage Trail in Bel Air.
Her body was found the next day. Harford County authorities said the case is being investigated as a homicide.
Very few details have been released about the investigation.
“One question we have continued to get centers around whether we have interviewed the boyfriend in this case. The answer is yes. We have along with many other people who are close to Rachel,” said Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler.
